Ibex Computers Inc., was founded in 1998. Ibex PC specializes in the sale of customized computer systems as well as parts, and accessories, via the web to a national clientelle. We also provide used systems, PC-related services, and repair. Ibex PC prides itself on the high quality products & service it offers its clients at record prices. The Ibex business model is simple: minimize profit, and maximize clientelle. The result is good business for us, and great savings & quality systems for our customers. Though our prices remain unbeatable, the quality of the items purchased from Ibex, and the customer service we offer, are no less than what you would expect from a top notch brand. From the now famous "Ibex Packaging" that has delighted customers continuously calling us with compliments and even jokes, to good machine performance. Our repair rate is less than 1%, meaning over 99% of our systems never come back to us for repair or servicing. We make it our goal to be the best in our field.

Shipping charges are not refundable. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and an Ibex Computers RMA number. RMA numbers issued by Ibex Computers are good for 15 days only and products must be received by Ibex Computers within that time. RMA numbers cannot be extended or re-issued. Where a specific return period is indicated, no returns will be accepted beyond that period. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments. Ibex Computers highly recommends using a reputable shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring your return shipment. There may be applicable cancellation fees if you cancel your order after the order has been placed depending on your situation. Please note all additional returns conditions stated below, as applicable to your return. All products returned must: be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer's boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accesories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.

If you are a computer reseller in the United States, and qualify for the conditions below, you may apply for an IbexPC Reseller Account and get up to 10% reseller discount for all systems listed on our site, excluding our special and promotional systems. How to apply for a reseller account: 1. Your company must located in the US and hold a valid computer seller's permit. 2. Contact us and we will fax you our "Reseller's Application Form" wich you must fill out and fax back to us alongside a copy of your seller's permit. 3. We do not accept COD or any credit application. All payment must be paid before shipment (for school, government, or fortune 500 companies, please visit our "Purchase Order" section above). 4. IbexPC.com reserves the right to refuse any reseller's application.
