A warranty is only as good as the company that's standing behind it and as long as that company remains in business to honor it. Since roofing is a “high turnover” occupation, the majority of roofing contractors are out of business within a couple of years years—far less than the life of your new roof—making the warranty worthless and leaving you with nowhere to turn in the event that you have a workmanship problem. We take great pride in servicing our customers roofing needs before, during, and even years after any work has been completed.

We have a honest way of conducting our day to day business that consists of charging our customers for the actual cost of materials, labor, and warranties along with a percentage to cover our overhead and profit. We are familiar with the insurance companies market prices and our proposals will be submitted based off of the actual cost to repair the damage we identify during the initial inspection. An ICH representative will meet onsite with the adjuster to compare their findings with ours. It is our policy, to provide claims assistance upon the insured's request only.
