IDC Partners is a business continuity consulting firm serving clients nationally and internationally with a focus on regulated industries. We specialize in reducing risk and improving business process management from a people, process and technology perspective. Our practice areas include Business Continuity Planning, Business Process Excellence, Information Technology Management and Direction (ITM.D.SM).

Under Chris' leadership IDC Partners has grown from a five-person startup to a successful consulting firm. Business Continuity TAP™ is a service offering built on a pre-defined question set focused on Business Continuity preparedness. The scope of this offering is one day (a full 8 hours) on site for interviews and documentation review. The information will be as simulated into a formal report that will provide the client with business continuance recommendations. This offering provides the business client with a clear understanding of their current ability to recover from a temporary business interruption to a full disaster.
