Our customers are our life-blood. We would like to know who is using our stuff so we can make sure we provide you with the best customer service and so we can continue to provide you with the product innovations that help you complete your jobs more effectively.

Please understand we very much want to review your products for potential partnership with IDL Tools but we also require you to agree to certain terms of the disclosure for our protection. We will provide you a confidentiality agreement to provide you protection (which we always recommend you obtain from anyone that sees your product idea) but it also protects us from the possibility that we have either seen the idea or a similar one before or we are already working on developing a similar or potentially competing product.

SECOND - we use this data to better understand who is using our products and how we can best serve our customer's needs.

The IDL team has background rooted in managing and operating businesses in the hardware industry. Our executive team has extensive experience in developing, manufacturing, and marketing hardware products for industry leaders like American Safety Razor, Black & Decker / DeWalt, Newell-Rubbermaid, Masco, DAP and others. In 2005, utilizing a subsidiary we acquired certain assets of SeberTech / Seber Inc..
