Jennifer Nilsen is a principal of IEI Group with over 30 years of experience in corporate, educational, health care and residential interior design. She has owned and managed her own design company since 1995. Prior, she served as the Director of Interior Design at Mitchell Associates in Wilmington, DE and as Principal at Diversified Interior Design in Philadelphia, PA.

The mark of a successful firm is not just the project success, but also the ability to be hired for subsequent projects. IEI's business acumen is complemented with our award-winning design staff. IEI is an interior design/architectural firm offering a broad range of architecture, interior design, facilities planning services, project management, and procurement services. We provide these services with our architectural affiliate, IEI Architects. Our broad range of projects includes commercial, institutional and residential clients.

Rosemary Español, CFM, is the president and founder of IEI Group, and has been a business owner for over 25 years. Designated a 2007 "Women of Distinction" by the Philadelphia Business Journal, and a 2010 recipient of the Fairleigh Dickinson University PINNACLE, her expertise in management, marketing and design has directed IEI to be ranked regularly in the Top 200 Interior Design firms. Rosemary's knowledge and expertise in design, facilities management and business operations sets the firm apart from a traditional design firm.

Nick is an associate at IEI and a project manager with over 20 years experience in planning, design and interior architecture. He takes projects from the initial stage of programming through the design, construction documentation, specification and construction administration phases. His talent, expertise and client involvement have made him an integral part of the IEI team and its growth. Nick is skilled at solving problems uniquely associated with workplace strategies, and works closely with the firm's long-term clients.
