Created in 1992 by Ronald Booker and the anesthesiologists associated with MH Anesthesiology, Preferred Healthcare Business Services, PHBS, changed its name to iMed Group in 2004. iMed Group is dedicated to providing comprehensive, high quality practice management, and business consultation services to the medical community. iMed Group strives to provide innovative and cost effective solutions in the ever-evolving medical field.

This motto is the core of iMed Group's Total Quality Program. Quality begins by establishing clear and measurable performance goals for every service or product that we offer to our clients. In addition, every process, system and employee are assigned individual performance goals with a clear picture as to how they contribute to accomplishing the overall goals. In order to ensure that our goals are reasonable, we use benchmarking to compare iMed's present performance with that of companies providing similar services and products as well as against iMed's prior performance.
