Case Studies Information Products, Inc. is a privately held corporation founded in 1974 and domiciled in the state of Connecticut. The firm has been a custom software developer since its’ founding and has been focused on the development of human resource and benefits related voice response systems since 1994 and internet systems since 1996. IPI services, supports and warranties more than one hundred and thirty of its systems throughout the United States.

Our Early History IPI was founded in 1974 during an era when big iron ran most enterprise wide business applications. The Microsoft operating system and business software so many businesses use today did not exist. Initially IPI was a custom programmer using computer languages prevalent in the 1970s and early 1980s to write custom applications for commercial users of main frame systems.

Network Installations IPI has a decade of experience installing everything from the most rudimentary network to networks spanning multiple campuses while employing high-end technology such as Free Space Optics, Cellular Connectivity, and Long-Reach Ethernet. Case Studies The Saint Louis International Airport (STL) needed a connectivity solution to allow access for the East Terminal users to the network applications despite the distance nearing 1 mile from the Main Terminal. The only option they had considered was to run a fiber optic connection to the East Terminal at a cost of ~$20,000.
