Description

Jason brings 10 years of IT experience in the healthcare industry designing and supporting complex systems and has experience with a number of small and mid-range systems including Windows, Linux, and AS/400. He has worked in many different areas of IT including networking, infrastructure and server support, and telecommunications. Jason has also created solutions that use automation to reduce the need for manual processes and has worked with creating communication between disparate systems.

Ed has worked in IT since college. He has been with Information Technology Group for fifteen years. Ed’s experience in multiple industries with all levels of applications and users has provided the basis for his customer-centered approach to providing the best service to each client. He takes the time to get to know the client, the people, the business cycle, the outside vendors and suppliers, and merges all of the pieces of the puzzle. The result is a thorough understanding of the individual needs of each client as well as the available resources.

Josh started with his first PC In 1994. He taught himself by breaking his own PC many times and fixing it. Josh started to learn networking while in college in the late 90’s working in the computer center. He continually developed his skills with each new version of windows by learning how to fix issues. Josh started working with servers in 2008 while working with BI Pharmaceuticals, where he learned a lot of the basics that drive IT infrastructure and wanted to learn more.
