Interwest Sales & Marketing was founded in 1978 under the name Roundy & Skinner. In 1985 Roundy & Skinner sold the business to Interwest Corporation. In 1989, Gaylon "Brad" Bradshaw purchased Roundy & Skinner from Interwest Corporation. While the buyout was being finalized the name Roundy & Skinner was phased out for Interwest Brokerage.
