Description

Andrew Latimer brings over 18 years of experience in IT focused on leadership, strategic planning, software development, project management, application architecture, vendor management, and the management of offshore teams to his role as Chief Technology Officer for IPS. Andrew previously was the CTO and a founding member of 24/7 Card, a startup financial services company that raised $8M during its angel-investor round and attracted over 40,000 prepaid debit cardholders in a 12-month period.

Deneka Scott leads IPS’s Marketing, Business Development and Product Management. With over a decade of senior level experience in prepaid processing and retail financial services, Deneka has previously served as SVP, Marketing & Communications for FSV Payment Systems and Director of Marketing at Advance America Cash Advance Centers. While at FSV, Deneka was responsible for the value proposition of prepaid processing and GPR, gift and employer sponsored payroll card products to businesses as well as consumers.

David Chan is SVP, Finance and Administration and Chief Compliance Officer for IPS. David is a seasoned Financial Executive and has significant experience in both the public and private sectors. In addition to being a CPA, David has over 20 years seniorexperience and expertise in compliance and employee training in the areas of BSA/AML. David started his career working for Laventhol & Horwath before entering the private sector where he has worked most notably for Caesars Palace, MGMGrand, and Station Casinos.

With over a decade experience in prepaid processing and lending, Deneka has previously served as SVP, Marketing & Communications for FSV Payment Systems, and Director of Marketing at Advance America. Her expertise in plastics and materials creation, and pricing and vendor management offer iPrepaid clients an upper hand in materials production with high impact at a low cost.
