Boxing : Is an interval training program incorporating the sport-specific techniques used in boxing to provide a high level of conditioning for both aerobic and anaerobic systems of the body. This course can be designed for one on one or group sessions. Group Exercise : Help develop the necessary knowledge and skills to become a successful group exercise instructor. This course will provide both theoretical and practical information including training techniques in the areas of instruction, cueing, muscle usage, safety, exercise sequencing, and choreography. Jump Rope : This jump rope technique workshop will teach the personal trainer and the group exercise instructor safe, fun and effective jump rope techniques, basic to advanced. It will address various fitness levels and populations and teach modifications to allow for safe participation and skill improvement. This workshop will also help the instructor to select the proper rope for the individual participant. It will allow the group exercise instructor to choose from a variety of class format options and how to teach proper movement and skill progression for the individual.

Kettlebell : Is a combination of multiple disciplines and it will guide the instructor through the basic and fundamental grips associated with handling the Kettlebell as well as the primary movements that are the heart of Kettlebell training. The course will focus on movements and multiple teaching methods. Kettlebell Level II : Will teach you how to improve your client’s strength, endurance and enhance their overall fitness, with a progressive approach to kettlebells. The advanced kettlebell course will demonstrate the exciting and elevated training programs, designed to teach the more dynamic and explosive movements used with the kettlebell.

About the Authors Thomas "The Promise" Trebotich is a world class athlete, trainer, and international presenter. Thomas focuses on teaching sport specific exercises and athletic style workouts. Joseph Signorile, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor and researcher at the University of Miami. Gloves: - 12 or 16 oz gloves can be added to the workout for additional resistance and protection and for sport specific training. Once gloves are added, the duration of punches needs to be reduced. Do not exceed 10-15 seconds of continuos punching with the same arm. Punch Mitts: - Only trained/certified instructors should hold punch mitts for participants. The qualified instructor will go to each participant and allow him or her to strike the punch mitts. Instructor will concentrate on teaching proper technique speed of movement, balance, and coordination.
