IS Leaders is a group of over 75 IT executives and consultants that have worked together over the last 15 years with Fortune 100-sized companies, as well as professional services firms such as Gartner Group, IBM , Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), EDS/SystemHouse and Accenture, to name a few. We picked the very best consultants from these and other local firms, and former CIO's and IT executives from some of the World's leading IT organizations to create our core team. We invested considerable time and money in the development of our company before we opened for business. The business plan took over 2 years to develop and is based on the lessons learned helping to start and grow six very successful IS/IT consulting firms. Part of our strategy was to partner with a professional employment organization (PEO), giving us instant access to the resources of a 3,000-employee company. We have a significant training budget and intellectual property, and our service delivery plan is to provide not only the best people, but to develop skills and institutionalized best practices in our clients' organizations.
