How long has ITG been providing these services? A. For several years, ITG has been providing services of this nature through "team building". Providing a high degree of Customer Service has always been a key element of a team's characteristics. However, it was only recently that this has crystallized into a formal structure with clearly defined roles and duties, such as Team Captains and overall cross-team management and administration.

What is the function of my Team Captain? A. Your captain personally performs the majority of the work for your systems administration, interfaces with your points-of-contact, and is your primary technical resource. Normally, all communication is between the Team Captain and your company personnel. The Team Captain is also responsible for working with other ITG team members as your needs may require. If there is anything that may appear to be a bit beyond the skill set of your Team Captain, your TC will coordinate the work with another team member based on their skill set.
