We charge $95.00 per hour. You are billed for actual time spent on approved services. 2. Do you work by the hour or on a retainer? We work both ways. IT Resolutions, Incorporated evaluates your organization’s needs and current resources and recommends the most cost effective approach. We continually re-evaluate which method is most appropriate and then make recommendations that are in the entity’s best interest. 3. We strive to maximize an entity’s current investment while implementing cost effective solutions that increase profitability, productivity, security, and disaster recovery. 4. Who owns the rights to software developed by IT Resolutions? By law, if there is no contract, the developer has exclusive rights to any software developed even if it is for hire. IT Resolutions, Incorporated takes a different approach. We contractually give ownership rights to the company we develop the software for in exchange for the rights to future development and support by our trained experts. This allows a company to sell their product to other company’s in their line of business with a professional partner behind them taking care of the support and future development of the product. We have several such companies that currently are marketing their software product around the world. 5. What is the benefit to our company using your online backup solution? It is an easy to use, secure, offsite solution to your backup needs that involves no hardware investment and no maintenance on your part. Because we are in the industry, we have knowledge and expertise to bring the best solutions to our customers at an affordable price.
