FEATURE PROJECT: ADVANCED PAIN MEDICINE 1745 Alysheba Way #140 Lexington, Kentucky 40509 Dr. Bharat Dubal and an associate established Advanced Pain Medicine, PSC in September 2005. The practice has grown to more than 5,000 patients and has nearly outgrown its new space! ID&A, JRA Architects of Lexington and Dr. Dubal worked as a team to outfit a shell building, with contractors providing a tenant fit up. Design services included flooring patterns and specs, wall covering, Corian selections and cubicle curtains.
