The IDPM Group, Inc., a small business corporation, was established with a singular goal. That goal is to provide federal employees with the most accurate and comprehensive information available. It is our corporate philosophy that education is the key factor to understanding federal benefits and the options obtainable.Craig H. Reinhard, CFPC, President, founded The IDPM Group, Inc. in 1991. He developed a comprehensive training program for federal benefits specialists that has become a model in the industry. He designed and holds copyrights on IDPM's software, educational workshops, and educational video presentations. IDPM also holds copyrights on technical, educational and presentation material used in the individual counseling workshops given nationally.IDPM's support team gives the federal employees additional opportunities to learn more about their own specific situations. The IDPM federal benefits specialists are also cross-trained in financial planning. By utilizing custom software they can illustrate long term projections of both the CSRS and FERS benefits. The software calculates federal benefits under FEGLI, Retirement Annuity, Survivor Benefit Plan, The Thrift Savings Program, and the benefits afforded to the beneficiaries of a deceased employee, if they were to die while still actively employed. On staff we have a Federal Benefits Specialist familiar with Federal Benefits and is available to answer federal employee's individual retirement questions.
