About IT Solutions Unlimited My name is Noah Collins. I am the president of IT Solutions Unlimited. I earned my Bachelors degree in Computer and Information Systems from the State University of New York at Potsdam. Shortly after graduation, I earned my CompTIA A+, Network+ and ITIL certification which denote industry benchmarks in the Information Technology field. After I graduated in 2004, I worked at a Customer Support Center in Rochester, NY and was promoted to a senior technician. I moved to Charlotte, NC in late 2005 where I started at the helpdesk level in a financial institution and was promoted through the ranks once again. I have been working in the computer industry for the past five years with a heavy focus on Networking, IT Support, Knowledge Gathering, PC Consulting and Web Design.
