Ordering is directly from the factory. Payment terms are Net 30 days (FOB shipping point) for companies that have a satisfactory credit rating or by Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal. Credit card customers will be billed as Ibex Manufacturing, Incorporated or PayPal. In addition to actual shipping costs, a US$5.00 packing/billing charge will be added to domestic orders and US$7.50 to international orders (including Canada and Mexico). Unless instructed otherwise, units will be shipped via UPS for US and Canada orders. For all other destinations, US Postal Service (air, insured) will be used. Our products are open-frame units designed for industrial, scientific, and institutional use only. Because of safety concerns, we will not accept orders from individuals for personal use. Returns: All sales are final. We do not accept returns for credit or refund. We will replace defective units if we are notified within 30 days of shipment receipt. After the 30 days has expired, defective units will be repaired or replaced as specified by the limited warranty. Many chargers that are returned have no defects. To help determine if the charger is defective, please read App. Note 8: "So how do I know if my charger is OK?" Limited Warranty: Ibex Manufacturing, Incorporated warrants the products listed on its Web site against defects in materials and workmanship for either 5 years or 1 year (as advertised) from the date of receipt by the customer, subject to the following exclusions and limitations. During the warranty period, Ibex Manufacturing, Incorporated will, at its option, either repair or replace products that prove to be defective, provided that the unit's billing invoice has been paid. Exclusions: This warranty shall not apply to defects or damage resulting from operating beyond the Absolute Maximum Ratings, from modifications, from accidents or abuse, or from operating in a manner not indicated as proper in the product's data sheet or application notes. Batteries are warrantied for 90 days. Warranty Limitations: The warranty set forth above is exclusive and no other warranty, whether written or oral, is expressed or implied. Ibex Manufacturing, Incorporated specifically disclaims the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose other than that stated in the product's data and operation sheets. Limit of Liability: In no event will Ibex Manufacturing, Incorporated or its suppliers be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including any lost profits or lost savings, or for any claim by any party, even if a representative of Ibex Manufacturing, Incorporated or its suppliers has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Service During the Warranty Period: If your battery charger should fail during the warranty period, call the factory for a return authorization number (RAN). Upon receipt of your RAN, package the unit with adequate cushioning, write the RAN on the outside of the package, and ship insured to the factory. The shipment by the customer to the factory is at the customer's expense. The return shipment from the factory to the customer will be prepaid by the factory.
