We have been in the business telephone repair industry for over twenty-five years. We do repairs on more than 80 models of business telephones. We repair and refurbish business telephones for companies, large and small, throughout the United States in our FCC certified repair facility in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.We simply do not just buff and wipe off the phones as other repair facilities. In about 98% of all our repairs the following procedure is used.Phones are then refinished to factory colors, using a base coat/clear coat of automotive paint, as used on cars. Although this is expensive it allows for a very durable finish, that will not crack or peel, and not wear after years of use. It also allows us to do color changes.
