I was hired by Moderne Glass Company, Inc. 25 years ago while I was attending Kent State University. I managed the office and Customer Service for over 20 years, and developed and implemented training programs for our front end operations. In 2009, I was promoted to the VP Sales & Marketing for Glass America and have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and an MBA in Management and Marketing.

I have over 20 years of accounting experience. I have worked for a CPA firm for 16 years, with most recently having been with a private school for three years. I now operate Kim Grant Accounting where I specialize in working with clients and their accounting needs.

If you want it done... he'll make it happen. That's our company philosophy too, but somehow Rick seems to have a knack for accomplishment. "Just call Rick, he'll take care of it" is fast becoming the local mantra for promotional product distributors in our territory. His easy-going personality and passion for customer service plays a key role in our business structure.
