Al Torre founded Ideocell in 2005. Al has 25 years of Department of Defense and commercial engineering experience. Most recently working in the area of Multi-Domain Awareness. His prior DoD experience includes development on major programs such as CCS MK-1, CCS MK-2, AN/BSY-2. Commercially, Al developed systems for maritime, oil & gas, telecommunications, pharmaceutical and professional services industries. Al is an expert in software improvement processes utilizing the Software Capability Maturity Model (CMM) as a guideline for the software development process. He is graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where he received a degree in Computer and Systems Engineering. Prior to Ideocell, Deborah worked for a major Boston architectural firm. Her creative expertise was used in restoration and residential architecture, producing working drawings and conceptual models while her administrative expertise was used to maintain a successful and stable company.
