IDG is providing programming and design services for a multi-floor, multi-phase renovation of 200,000 sq. ft. in a historic skyscraper on Park Avenue. We have collaboratively formed a crisp, contemporary, and adaptable environment for a diverse program including executive office suites, conference and training space, a call center, and an employee health clinic, as well as renovations to the elevator lobbies and core restrooms of several floors. IDG played a key role in planning efficient phasing of the work to rationalize construction and minimize disruption to building occupants.
