Karla Goethals is a seasoned Human Resources Generalist with ten years of experience in multiple industries. Her background includes providing HR support for companies with 1-350 employees in industries such as medical practices, manufacturing, multimedia technology and more. Karla is well versed in the day-to-day operations of HR, and is a valued resource for issues relating to benefits and payroll administration, employee relations, policy development, recruitment, employee performance management, safety, and compliance.

Founded in 1999 Idilus our initial business provided highly confidential consulting services to Hospitals and the Physicians who supported them. Although still a significant part of our business beginning in 2005 several of our physician clients expressed concern about their ability to support and manage their payroll and HR requirements as well to provide competitive benefits to allow them to retain their best physicians and other employees. They asked Idilus to help.

Amly joined the Idilus team as a Payroll Accountant. Her primary areas of focus for most of her career was payroll and accounting. She graduated from Chicago State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Her first job out of college was working for Wirtz Beverage. While working for Wirtz for twelve years she got a wide range of experience in payroll, accounting, and later replenishment buying. But her passion was in the accounting field. Her previous seven years she worked for a smaller company focusing more on tax as a payroll tax specialist.
