IFMC, Inc., was founded in 1990 by Tony Vercillo, President and CEO. IFMC has performed transportation, trucking, fleet management and distribution strategic planning, marketing, and cost-reduction projects for clients around the world, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Italy, New Zealand, Japan, France, Australia, and Venezuela. IFMC specializes in the areas of fleet privatization and outsourcing, trucking company valuations, corporate restructuring, fleet management studies, preventive maintenance evaluations, lease and dedicated carriage contract evaluations, benchmarking analyses, technology applications and implementation, distribution network design, and delivery system economics for more than 150 clients. IFMC has conducted their Diagnostic Health Check (DHC) service for clients ranging from industrial gas to furniture to food distribution, and for numerous TL and LTL carriers. The DHC service has helped numerous companies in the area of cost reduction and cost structure elimination, saving companies millions of dollars.
