Dr. James has experience in many sectors, including parole and probation; child abuse and neglect, sexual assault; victim services; senior services; homeless families; and civil rights, to name a few. Dr. James holds a master's degree in social work from the Ohio State University, and an MA and PhD in organizational psychology from Claremont Graduate University.
