Our Customer Service staff is trained to provide specimen requirements and shipping and handling information, take supply orders (click here for Supply Order Forms) , manage courier requests, and provide results to those permitted to receive laboratory testing results under CT State Law (click here to review CT Statute on Release of Results) . If there are technical questions outside their expertise, they will connect you with a technologist or physician.
