Unless advised otherwise at time of booking, non-smokers may request a 'Guaranteed Share' at 50% of the single supplement. The applicable single supple ment for each tour can be found in the 'Dates & Prices Guide'. These amounts include the Travel Protection Plan insurance (which will need to be paid along with the initial deposit) because it is required for 'Guaranteed Share' travelers. Please note that your phone number will be provided to your share roommate within 50 days prior to departure. Passengers who request that Image Tours helps them find a roommate will be required to provide a signed statement of current medical status, acknowledging the passenger is fit to travel alone and including the signature of a family member as an emergency contact. Please also read the 'Physical Condition Guidelines'. Image Tours may decline an application for a 'Guaranteed Share' without explanation. If you request to change to a single room for any reason, this change will be subject to confirmation by Image Tours and, even if confirmed, a single room may not be available for all nights of your tour.
