Immtech enjoys competitive advantages and resources often available only to large pharmaceutical companies.Pafuramidine has completed three separate Phase II human clinical trials, and is in Phase III clinical trials to treat Trypanosomiasis and PcP. We are encouraged with the progress of our trials and anticipate a successful transition from development to commercialization. Preclinical testing of several new drug candidates to treat systemic fungal infections and tuberculosis is in progress. In addition, we are conducting early-stage research programs and collaborations to evaluate our platform’s potential to treat several other diseases.
