The Real Estate System Implementation Group LLC (RESIG) is our affiliated consulting firm founded in 1999 to provide innovative accounting and financial support services developed from our years of expertise in real estate.

We are a New York City based accounting firm with a national client base. We have a professional staff of approximately 60 people. It has been the firm's experience that financial matters, in our current environment, are extremely complicated. Accordingly, members of our firm have developed various areas of expertise to address the needs and demands of our clients. Having grown substantially since our formation in 1979, we are very proud to provide responsive and efficient service to our clientele, while maintaining a reasonable fee structure.

Construction Project Management – Using our own proprietary system, we provide a comprehensive reporting package, which includes the preparation of custom designed construction reports and funding requisitions suitable for most institutional lenders. We maintain contract logs, process change orders, monitor payments to subcontractors and obtain, when necessary, proper waiver and lien documents.

RESIG provides full service accounting department functions including billing, accounts payable and general ledger maintenance as well as ancillary services involving new technologies.

Master’s degree in Finance and Taxation from the Lubin Graduate School of Business at Pace University. Bill is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and has served on the NYSSCPA’s Real Estate Committee. Bill is a former Chairperson to the Finance Council of a local charitable organization and continues to provide services to several other tax-exempt organizations.
