Your music will be reviewed, and if suitable (only professionally recorded, radio ready tracks will be considered) it will be shopped for licensing opportunities in Television, Movies, Video Games, Soundtracks, Ringtones, Websites, Podcasts and other Commercial uses. 2. Our experienced and reputable music industry attorneys will use their contacts and knowledge of the industry to submit your music to industry professionals seeking music for licensing or publishing opportunities. 3. Upon successful placement of your music, we will contact you with the terms and details of the Placement for your approval. 4. No music will be licensed or otherwise published without your prior written approval. If you would like us to work for you, please review the non-exclusive Artist Representative Agreement . After accepting the agreement, we need to collect your contact information, then you can upload your song(s) for our review. If you do not have digital files of your songs or otherwise cannot upload through our site, please to obtain permission to send us a CD of your music. Please do not upload more songs than requested. Unauthorized uploading or downloading of songs will result in termination of the Agreement. Note: The opportunities available through this service are continually being updated. Once your song(s) are uploaded they will be kept in our catalog and shopped as often as possible under the circumstances. Please do not contact us regarding the status of your songs. As soon as we have an opportunity for you we will contact you using the information you provided.
