Josh co-founded Impact Direct and developed its business plan with Brian Stanley. Josh is responsible for all sales, Dealer relations, and works with Brian to develop new concepts and products. Josh began selling cars at the age of 19 while attending Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. He was consistently the top salesperson at the Dealership while also pursuing a four year degree. In 1994, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a major in marketing. Josh went on to work for a Dealership upon graduating college and moved quickly into management. Over the next Ten years, Josh held every position in the front-end of a Dealership including 5 years as a General Manager. As a General Manager, Josh was always known as a great marketer. He has always had a desire to successfully own and operate his own business. It seemed somewhat natural to begin a direct marketing company. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. Josh has been a guest speaker at 20 group meetings and quoted in such national magazines as AutoSuccess. Brian co-founded Impact Direct and developed its business plan with Josh Weaver. Brian is responsible for all production, market research, accounting and all day-to-day operations of the company. Upon graduating from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in 1995, Brian began a career in the mortgage brokerage industry. He began working as a Producer for a local mortgage company in Charlotte, NC. In 2000, Brian formed his own mortgage company with two other managers at the firm. This is where Brian began his career in direct marketing. 100% of the business generated by his mortgage company was with direct mail. He became an expert in list generation, marketing research, and gained experience in production techniques. In late 2004, Brian sold his interest in the mortgage company and formed Impact Direct. Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and is an avid photographer.
