mathematics. Taryn is a mother of two. When she’s not at work or with her family, Taryn is studying to be a lactation consultant at Birthingway College of Midwifery. She has also studied child development, journalism, and secondary education at Southern Oregon University, Lane Community College, and Eastern Oregon University (2005-2011). Taryn has worked with youth of all ages at after-school programs, summer camps, and as a nanny. She has worked with a diverse population of youth with various need and enjoys working with students to help them gain confidence in their academic journey.

Whether you are going back to obtain your GED, prepping for your GRE, or looking to apply for a vocational occupation training, the Impact Learning Center is the first step you should take toward your academic success. We specialize in adult instruction, and understand that the same strategies and skills needed to tutor children are not the same as working with adults. We can accommodate the odd hours of working adults, can meet mid-day, after work, and Saturdays.

Eileen is an Oregon Certified Elementary Teacher. With 12 years of experience having worked both here in Oregon, and in Thailand, she brings with her a unique set of skills. She has been a private tutor to students here in Sandy for the past couple of years. Her specialties are in working with kids within elementary grades. Eileen also adds to our artistic offerings. She has taught art classes through middle school and is quite artistically inclined.
