Impact Sign Company is a locally owned, independent sign company that was founded and still owned by Scott and Sandi Proctor in Hillsboro, Oregon. Scott worked in corporate America for over 30 years before an unexpected change forced him to reevaluate his career direction. Sandi, a former music educator, with Scott embraced the change and after careful searching, opened Impact Sign Co. in October of 1998. Over the past ten years the entire family has worked for the company. Knowing they have an opportunity to support the community they love, has been a real joy.

Impact Sign Co. has been serving the Portland, Beaverton and Hillsboro since 1998. We have worked with some of the largest residential developers, neighborhood churches, your kid's schools and everyone in-between.
