Lee founded IMPACT Technology Group in 1997 after being with a major international consulting firm for over 12 years. During those 12 years, Lee was in charge of several large projects across the spectrum of the consumer packaged goods industry. He has a proven track record of helping clients implement projects faster with impact to the top and bottom lines. Lee has very deep knowledge of business processes, and he balances practicality with structure in his application of methodology.

Several of our Group Members have decades of experience with driving inefficiencies out of the supply chain, saving companies millions of dollars through their efforts. Unlike most professional service firms we perform supply chain work on a benefit sharing basis.
