Description
Cooper is a 21 lb., 2 y.o. Beagle mix cutie! He was dumped on a country road and did not trust anyone. His rescuers tried to catch him for two weeks and finally succeeded. Poor Cooper had a choke chain wrapped around his neck and front leg. He was cold, hungry and very uncomfortable! He will never feel that way again. Cooper is starting to trust but will need a home with loving and patient people to help him be a wonderful pet. Because he was running and frightened, we will only place Cooper in a home that has a fenced yard. Cooper is crate trained. He loves to play with other dogs and is fine with cats too. He is a very playful and sweet boy! The adoption fee for Cooper is $150.00 to reimburse IMPACT for his medical costs to date.
