Imperial Capital Bank provides customers with personal and business banking products and services through its retail branch locations in San Francisco, Encino, Glendale, Beverly Hills, Costa Mesa, and San Diego, California and Carson City, Nevada. Our History Imperial Capital Bank was organized in 1974 as Imperial Thrift and Loan Association, a California Industrial Loan Bank. In 1995, Imperial Thrift and Loan Association went public through the sale of its shares in an initial public offering. ITLA Capital Corporation is the Bank's parent company. ITLA's shares are listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange (NASDAQ "ITLA").
