Imperio's owners and operators are Rene and Debora Alvarez achieved their life long goals and dreams in this family run business. Imperio has always strived to be one of the top ten collision repair shops in Dade county. With this idea in mind, we provided you with a well-trained staff of 17 employees willing to go the extra step to satisfy each and every customer in their auto collision needs. Throughout our many years of service and experience, Imperio has established itself as a preferred shop in repair work for some of the largest new and used dealerships in Miami, such as Chevrolet's Marrone West and Ocean Mazda. We have also developed partnerships with major insurance companies. Our relationships are long standing and mutually rewarding. Since Imperio has always worked towards providing the best service possible we understand that honesty and trust are the key essentials to high quality service. Our facility provides our customer area with easy access to refreshments and clean handicapped restrooms. Our reception area also contains office space and supplies for our outside adjusters to comfortably write their estimates in the cool air conditioning. Imperio promises to always try and provide you with hassle free repair work, done right the first time! we are currently ASA, ASE and I-CAR certified members and continue to educate our selves with courses in our field of work. This helps our technicians and the members of management to be knowledgeable in the latest automotive technology.
