As one of the few clubs in the Northeast licensed to offer this program, In Shape has been awarded Platinum Status by Les Mills for providing these five world-class group fitness programs.To enhance our members’ fitness experience, we have added tons of new strength training and cardio equipment as well as Cardio Theater – each machine will be equipped with a Personal Viewing System that lets you watch your favorite TV show.
