John has been in Healthcare technology for over 20 years. His background and experiences include new product development, sales and marketing, consulting, physician practice management, hospital service line management, and process reengineering. Prior to starting InTech Health Ventures, John worked at McKesson for fifteen years in key roles working directly with customer executive teams and was responsible for: relationship management, product sales, consulting services, product implementation, account management, and sales for large integrated healthcare systems and ambulatory specialty groups. He has held management positions in physician clinics, hospitals, and healthcare technology companies. John worked as an Administrative Resident at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN and has a Masters degree in Health Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Paula has been in Healthcare technology for over 20 years. Her background and experiences include executive management of business operations and information technology, strategic planning and project management, employee and team development. Prior to starting InTech Health Ventures, Paula worked at several large organizations as: CIO/COO of Medical Security Card, CIO of TMC Healthcare, and CIO of HealthPartners. Her key responsibilities included: managing a large call center, managing large information technology departments, and development and implementation of new technology products. Paula has started several companies including a healthcare consulting company. Paula has BS in Business with an emphasis on management information systems from the University of Arizona.
