Management Michael L. Brown, Founder and CEO Mr. Brown brings extensive business management and healthcare consulting experience to his position at Inavex. Prior to Founding Inavex in 2002 Mr. Brown was Chief Operating Officer of Market Insights a leading provider of healthcare informatics to healthcare providers and leading consulting firms. He also served as Vice President of HCIA/Solucient (now part of Thomson Reuters) where he lead the operations improvement consulting division as well as integrated operational and clinical consulting and data products. Prior to joining the healthcare field in 1989 he served as CFO and COO of companies in manufacturing, real estate and software. From 2005 - 2010 Mr. Brown was also a Managing Principal with Chip Caldwell & Associates a leading Quality Improvement Organization where he lead their In-Quality Staffing initiatives. He has designed integrated performance improvement software for hospitals, has consulted with more than 200 hospitals, and he has spoken on healthcare trends and improvement methods to diverse healthcare groups nationally. Brown holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Missouri. He is an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Ron Hughes, Founder Mr. Hughes is a nationally recognized productivity improvement feasibility analyst, consulting project director, speaker, coach and trainer in the principles of short interval time management. He is known for his in the trenches approach to working with the front-line management to achieve performance goals. As the architect of several Internet-based software programs, he has web-enabled the principles of Short Interval Time Management. Prior to Inavex Mr. Hughes was the President of MPRnet, the developer of the Internet based PerformanceTrac product. Previously he spent twelve years as a healthcare consulting director at West Hudson, a division of Cardinal Health.
