Bankers’ Bancorporation of Florida, Inc. is a bank holding company subject to regulatory oversight by the Federal Reserve. Its subsidiary, Independent Bankers’ Bank is a state chartered Fed Member bank providing correspondent services to community financial institutions. Established in Florida, our customer growth has allowed us to expand into Georgia, Alabama and South Carolina.

Founded in 1983 by Florida community bankers, IBB was established to provide credit, investment and payment services to community banks. Over the ensuing years, our base of customers has expanded to included community banks, thrift institutions and credit unions.

IBB Outsourcing (IBBO) is a uniquely structured audit firm focused on providing internal audit services to community financial institutions. We offer a full range of audit related services, under one umbrella, while maintaining the level of independence critical to your board and regulators.

IBB is a correspondent Bankers’ Bank dedicated to serving Southern based Financial Institutions. For over 30 years, Independent Bankers’ Bank has consistently served community financial institutions as a critical partner and vendor. Throughout changing, and recently turbulent times, we have been right here helping our clients navigate the future of community banking safely.

We provide our customer banks with an array of services, and for those of which require specialized skills or knowledge, IBB has partnered with select companies. In our ongoing effort to satisfy the evolving needs of our community banks, we conduct an annual review of our Alliance Partners to ensure quality of performance, financial stability and relevance of the service to the marketplace.
