We are an organization of merit shop electrical contractors dedicated to providing industry-related education and training, business management, legislative participation, safety materials and training. Our members are dedicated to quality, integrity, and professionalism in the electrical construction industry.

At IEC, our mission is to provide your apprentices, journeymen and management with education, training and forums so you can build a team of professionals and excel in the electrical construction industry.

The Institute for Electrical Careers is working with the Office of Veterans Affairs in order to provide VA benefits in our educational program. Contact the IEC office for more details.
