And when we do need help, we want a trained, compassionate person, someone who will provide the care we need in the privacy and comfort of our own home. Independent Life is a locally-owned family business whose mission is to provide outstanding private duty home care to seniors and others who need it. Not only are our providers available as assistants and companions for the elderly and medically frail, they can also provide respite care for overburdened family members who could use a little time off. Furthermore, we believe a well-trained and supportive staff is crucial to the quality of care we have pledged to uphold. We make every effort to arrange a fulfilling work week for each of our staff members, for their own satisfaction and the satisfaction of our clients. We train our staff to adapt to the client’s needs when at all possible, putting the client in control. We expect our staff to adjust to the client’s routine, not the other way around.

Independent lhhealth personal care agency seeks quality, compassionate caregivers to help the frail and disabled in our community. Duties would encompass companionship, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, grooming, showering and genuine companionship.Various shifts available. The Las Vegas area has a great need for caring and competent individuals willing and able to provide personal services for our community’s population of elderly, disabled, physically and challenged persons. We created our organization to meet that need, and would love to hear from you if you have the skills and availability to provide quality care to your neighbors who need your assistance.
