I started the business in 1984 by purchasing manaufactured homes and placing them on parcels of land to sell as affordable housing. The big demand for affordable well built homes prompted me to expand and open Independent Homes Inc. in 1990. My company has helped over 1000 families realize the dream of home ownership. We've been a dependable business for our customers for 20 years."I have been selling Modular & Manufactured homes for 15 years. I bought my first manufactured home in 1985, and then a modular home in 1987. I have been here at Independent Homes Inc. since 1993. At the time of purchasing my modular home I was working at a local bank. I was so impressed with manufactured and modular quality and service I went into sales.
