Independent Temperature Control was incorporated in June of 1979 in the state of New York. The business is owned by Bernard Flynn, President and James Flynn, Secretary/Treasurer who collectively have over 65 years experience in the controls industry.In 1984, ITC became the exclusive authorized licensee for Robertshaw Controls in the New York metropolitan area. Sustaining a high level of excellence, we were consistently rated "Top Ten" in the nation.In 1994, ITC signed an agreement with Johnson Controls, making us an exclusive Authorized Building Control Specialist (A.B.C.S.). Together, we cover a market, focusing on separate goals, fulfilling customer needs using Johnson Controls' products.
