Gospo-Fella Entertainment, headquartered in Baton Rouge, LA, is an independent gospel record company founded by Alton Lang Jr., MBA and Loretta O’Neal, MBA.

Kathy Douglas , whose 25 years of experience in direct sales as a Sr. Executive Sales Director with Mary Kay Cosmetics triggered the concept of providing the same sort of umbrella for independent labels as Mary Kay Cosmetics provides for their independent consultants. Her relationships as an artist manager in Texas over the past 10 years have opened doors to the industry veterans who have shaped the development of resources at the highest levels for our member labels.
