About Us Rich Holden - Outside Sales Rich is the owner and president of IPC Memphis, Incorporated A former electronics and avionics instructor for the U.S. Marine Corps., Rich has developed an extensive background in electronic engineering throughout his career. His corporate career began at Honeywell Process Controls and has expanded to include all control applications. He added burner training and expertise to his flame safeguard controls expertise throughout the 80’s and 90’s. Rich is an expert in Bailey, Barber Colman, Maxon, Westronics, Robicon, Ircon, Rockwell, and Holman products along with many others. Call on Rich for solutions to your boiler, burner, and all types of application needs. Cherrie Holden Director - Marketing Cherrie joined IPC Memphis in late 1999. She brings many years of customer service, inside sales and marketing experience with her. She is the wife of Rich Holden, mother of their two sons, Rich and Ben, is a member of the Tennessee State Board of Education, representing the 7th congressional district, and she is also a judge on the Tennessee Court of Judiciary. Prior to joining IPC Memphis, Cherrie was in the recording industry, recording many of the former Stax Record artists and local Gospel choirs. Ben Driskill - Inside Sales Ben recently joined the IPC team bringing with him over 27 years of inside sales experience from Brownell/Carlton-Bates. He is being trained as a specialist in each of our product lines and has most recently returned from his factory training with Universal Flow Monitors. Lisa Fitts - Administrative Assistant Joined us in May 2001. Lisa has many years experience in sales support and customer service. Your business is her number one priority.
