We establish an ongoing relationship with your tech support to confirm how best to migrate the data into your system. We can even provide mailing address scrubbing and other data scrubbing options to improve the quality of the data being migrated.

Predictable budgeting – We provide a fixed charge monthly billing solution. We bill you for a fixed number of hours per month which goes into your “hours bank” with us. If you don’t use all the hours we carry them over to the next month. If you use more than you have then, the deficit is carried over to the next month. This evens out your monthly expenses. Many customers bank hours for a few months if they know they have a big project coming up. Our customers really appreciate this feature.
