Ruben oversees the "hands on" operations of the Infinity family of companies. He leads by example and hands on demonstration. Ruben has an uncanny ability to understand and motivate people. He is fluent in two languages and has access to Infinity’s complete arsenal of labor and equipment resources. He is at the cutting edge when it comes to the use and implementation of new technology and production efficiency. He has been trained and excels in the use of CFR Carpet Cleaning Systems, U.V. Polymer Floor Finish, KAI VAC Systems, Ozone Infusion (liquid and gas), Chlorinated Foam Systems, High Pressure Cleaning Systems, Enzymes, and many others. His true value comes from the sting of experience. The cleaning industry shows no mercy with its day to day challenges many of which come in the middle of the night. Ruben is a seasoned veteran with a proven record of success that you can depend on. There are not too many custodial emergencies that he has not already experienced. Our Chicago area emergency “Hit Crew” can usually handle cleaning emergencies (floods, snow) in under an hour, regardless of the day or time. Additional staff are also cross trained at your account in the event of absenteeism or other coverage request.
