We will be happy to help you submit any insurance claims to expedite the reimbursement process. The office receipt we provide at the end of each visit contains all the information your insurance company needs to process the claim. Upon request, we can also provide you the necessary health claim forms to submit with your receipts. Dealing with insurance companies can sometimes be confusing. Please feel free to call our insurance staff with any questions concerning your health care policy.

Because time is valued, we strive to offer an initial appointment with our office within 24 hours of the patient's or physician's phone call to our office. We provide initial evaluation reports to referring practitioners within 48 hours, or the report may be faxed the day of the evaluation. Progress reports are sent with patients when they have a re-check with the referring physician--in this way, updated and timely information is provided. We respect our patients' time, and do our best to treat our patients at their scheduled time.

We provide high quality, individualized, physical therapy to each patient to promote significantly measured improvements in the patient's condition towards achievement of established functional goals.
